Lightweight with great features.
This tripod is easy to assemble after taking it out of the travel bag. It appears well made despite being very light in weight. Remembering this is a convenient travel tripod it is robust enough to support a camera and large lens in awkward situations. The individual components are not flimsy and allows a camera to be detached or secured with confidence. This is easily achieved within seconds. There is a hook to hang a weight beneath the tripod in case of high winds to ensure there is good stability although conditions would have to be severe to have the need to use it. For the money I was expecting a stable backup from my main Tripod, a basic but functional insurance policy but...I simple can't believe for the money just how good this tripod is! It's ridiculous! From the sturdy extendable legs, the extendable camera mount, it's still got enough to hold the camera securely. Long story short, get...this...tripod! Substantial piece of kit
I bought this tripod for my DLSR camera and the first tripod I bought did not adequately support that weight. This one copes easily with a DLSR. I like the way the feet move to cope with uneven ground. There is a built-in spirit level. Each leg has four sections so it can go quite high. I’ve only just got into photography so this was a great option for me, it’s compact and light enough to carry around without noticing it too much.
