Wasn't brand new unopened, but still works well
Listed as brand new unopened. It WAS opened previously and used. There was no plastic film over the cold plate as all new unused coolers have. I'm talking about the "peel off before use" type clear sticker on the cold plate surface. The fans cable wasn't folded together with the plastic tie, indicating that the fan was used, or at least opened fully up. I've bought multiple versions of this cooler new, for customer builds and know what to expect inside the box. Cooler works well as usual, though it wasn't "new unopened" as claimed.
