These are pretty good, but not the best out there
This is a good product. It is very lightweight, you can adjust it so that the cable does not move even a 1/8 of an inch and it has a lot of style. Formerly, I was using the bose soundsport, but the wired version. I wanted some wireless headphones to pair with my apple watch. The sound sports wireless were over my budget and I also wanted to try something different. The Jaybirds have a great fit, but it takes a while to get it right. I spent at least couple of hours and 2 runs to get it right. There are so many combinations, that its hard to find the right for you. But even when you do, they are not as comfortable as the bose. The wings are a little bit harder than the bose and that gets uncomfortable after a while. The other down side is the sound. It is pretty good, but it does not match the one from my wired bose. Bottom line, I don't regret my purchase, but I think there are better wireless sport headphones out there.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Jaybird X3
The Jaybird's arrived earlier than expected. There was still a charge on them; 10%. Sound is really great! I think they are going to work well on my runs. BUT, the ear tips did come with ear wax already in them plus one of the tips was ripped. Just kinda gross. I cleaned them with alcohol and I'm sure it's fine but just expected different. Second Jaybird purchase
I bought a pair of Jaybird X2s a couple years ago after doing what seemed like a crazy amount of research for a pair of headphones. My friend has a pair of the beats wireless workout type headphones and my jaybird X2s were hands down better than his so I went back to the well and bought the X3s for my wife. I wore them just to compare to mine and to make sure they were good. My X2s were a home run for me and the X3s are as well. The sound is simply terrific--while bass probably isn't as good as some over the ear headphones from beats by dre and the clarity probably isn't as good as the overear noise cancelling headphones from bose I have, for ear buds...especially workout ear buds and headphones in general, the sound is great. The convenience and comfort is also outstanding. When I got my X2s, the fit does take a little getting used to. I didn't think they would be as secure as some of the other ones with the wrap around ear piece etc.--but it's simply just a what you are used to sort of deal. They don't move one bit (there is a wrap around way to wear these too but both of us just put them in straight up)--just make sure you use the correct option of the 3 given you in terms of the plastic wing looking piece and we both use the mold forming (not the silicon) ear pieces which just add to the comfort, security, and make sweat (we both pour in sweat) and absolute non issue. The only knock I would have is it does have kind of a weird charger (i would assume it helps it charge faster?) and that there really aren't a ton of improvements from the X2s (I preface saying that with i'm by no means an audiophile and make this statement as a general observation--i'm sure they would argue there are tons of improvements). Overall--great value (the price to quality aspect i'm convinced is unbeatable especially as we workout probably 3 to 5 times a week), great security and comfort, solid and even sound, and another good purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

THESE ARE SIMPLY AMAZING EARBUDS.
Received these very quickly and was ready to try them out in minutes. They charged very quickly and paired in seconds with my iPhone and my Laptop. I downloaded the app and was set up also in just a few minutes. The App is a HUGE benefit to my listening experience and it can store favorite music lists and EQ sound curves. It can even switch L and R channels to suit your right or left-handed operation. The app even has a Find My Headphones feature. I know I'll be using that! There's even more, but I won't spoil all the fun. I was not prepared for the absolutely clear sound of these phones. KICK@$$ bass and crisp treble, plus a customizable midrange-- no more tinny little earphones. These provide a tireless experience and fit better than any I've had including their famed X2 phones. The sound is a huge upgrade from the X2. I wish the tiny charging dock was more of a universally-common type, but the design make a lot more sense for protecting the phones from conductive shorting. Jaybird for the Win!
I initially tried some fully wireless earbuds (IQBuds and Jabra elite sport), but was not happy with the sound quality and they were uncomfortable because of the added weight of a fully wireless earbud. I bought the Jabird X3's and sound quality is just "WOW". They have some amazing bass if you want it, or you can fully configure the sound of the headphones with an app. Nobody else has this feature. The bluetooth connectivity is phenomenal. I can have conversation with someone while jogging and my phone in my pocket, or have a conversation / listen to music while my phone is across the room. Excellent sound, features and mobility
I had the x2 headphones but these are so much better. Better overall sound, particularly bass. New design allows you to fit bud over the ear which is much better for working out and Jaybird have a free phone app that allows control over eq of the sound. best bluetooth earphones in a way
while riding my bicycle, I put my phone in a small bag (on my back) and it kept on pausing even if the distance from my phone is less than 1 meter (from my ear to my back). that's why I wanna leave 4 stars out of 5. it will take some time to figure out the right position and angle and size of ear fins and comply tips. other than that, it's just great. comfortable ear fins and comply tips, reasonable price, useful smartphone application, somehow light weight and small size considering it's wireless and bluetooth and the battery life is quite good. best bluetooth earphones for sports purpose.

My favorite earbuds
I've always been a cheap earbuds type of guy. My eBay purchase history is full of cheap wired earbuds, the type you can only enjoy for about one month before the audio cable starts dying. Two of my friends bought X3s locally for about 150$, which is pricey but they still recommended it. These are the best earbuds I think for the money. They sound is better then most, but the difference on the x3 and above is the equalizer app on your phone. You can literally tailor each zone to your liking as no listener is the same, so this is a deal breaker. Problem I had is a refurbished set with a bad battery was. The best
Pros- the sound personal equalization feature. Good range bluethoot. Good battery life. Cons- takes a lot of changing and adjustment to find the best fit (but once it fits it's excellent) . Needs a better clip to hold it on your clothes when sporting maybe one with a string or so. The wire is a litle too thick for over the ear method or wearing.
