Does the job perfectly!
This product was perfect for us! It looks great, it's really easy to use and the water's temperature can be changed easily. We used it for a Christening for 80 people and we didn't have to refill it once (not everyone was having hot drinks but it still catered for lots of drinks). Great unit. Lower useable capacity though.
The unit does exactly what it says with a handy temperature control, safety cut-offs and well built. The only niggle is that it doesn't provide you with a full 9 litres of hot water. Instead the useable volume (without a lot of tipping) is closer 6-7 litres with the remainder sitting as a safety margin below the tap level.
