    Great little saw

This was a good buy, I've used it several times for hard to get into spots I actually use it outside to cut up some wood fairly lightweight compared to some when you're cutting a thicker piece of wood You can't overload it and it just stops cutting but at least the trigger pull it back and start again and go a little slower it does just fine wouldn't hesitate to buy it again with this one's holding up great great quality product for a little money

    NOT VERY IMPRESSIVE

While this saw is light and nimble and easily maneuverable, it lacks the umph I've been accustomed to with my experience related to other WORX Power Tools. Granted, it is a compact saw and probably not meant for heavy duty use, but it is advertised to cut thru 2 inch stock lumber and absolutely will not make it all the way thru a 2" x 10". While I will end up utilizing it on smaller tasks, I can't help but think that there is a more powerful AMP wise similar product out there in a comparable price range. I Generally have been satisfied with the WORKX Products that I have in my arsenal, but this one does not blow me away.

  • Light weight, cuts but has a few flaws.

I question if this is worth my money even though it was not overly expensive. pros: Thin boards and two by fours are near flawless cuts. cons: It cuts the treated wood board, but it gets jammed up and falls out of alignment of the cut path. Maybe a little under powered or the blade is of low grade steel?? note: Perhaps an upgrade to a higher performing grade blade would bring out the full potential

  • Strong fast and kicks

Has enough power for its size. Easy to use speeds up fast and it’s light. The blades are easy to find for it and are cheap to replace. The only draw back is cutting beyond 1” thick wood the saw will give you a kick back. Almost every time. So best to use on very small cutting projects.

  • Works Ok - has some issues.

The first one I bought cut straight and true. Could trim a 16 foot 2 x 10 lengthwise without a problem. The next two would not. Changed blades - did not work. Not sure what the problem is, but you have a 50-50 change of getting one that works. It cuts fine - it lightweight, and has plenty of power. It takes the place of my normal 7-1/4" saw. Just wish they could make them more consistant.

  • Handy saw. My wife confiscated mine for herself.

Very nice, easy to handle and user friendly. The downside, finding 4 1/2" blades with 3/8" arbor is not easy [locally]. My wife loves it. This is great for projects and small jobs.

  • nice, lightweight saw

It has no trouble going through even oak 2x4's. I used it to frame a wall and liked how lightweight it was. The fence is still long enough to make straight cuts but you have to keep in mind the curf is more narrow than with a 7" saw. I really like it and will use it on smaller jobs where you just don't need such a heavy saw. I also plan to use it for cutting hardee backer boards and hope it will produce less dust (probably wishful thinking).

  • Great value for its price. Every DIY'er should have in their tool boxes.

pros: Very handy and less intimidating than a full size Circular Saw. Cons: It should comes with a case for safe storage.

  • Good things do come ion small packages.

Great items sometimes comes in a small package. This saw is powerful, precise & a pleasure to use. Excellent power and cutting capability. You start using it more than your big 7-1/4" saw just since the saw is so versatile. Ripping works well with the fence included just need to not push it so not to burn your blade or wood, Excellent price, great product & am looking forward to years of service. I lost my fence screw but that was my fault. Need to figure out a replacement some how.

  • Sweet Little Saw!

It is very easy to handle and using the guide makes very clean cuts. I also have a a 7 1/2 " circular saw which can actually be quite cumbersome for smaller projects. I'm happy to add this little gem to my arsenal of tools.
