I can see difference already
Can definitely see a difference which is really great and I'm really pleased. Only thing I didn't like was the trays even with cutting them down to fit me they still move around bit and when you have to put the light on with tray well the tray don't stick and i did everything it said cut it down ect. Do not buy this, worse kit ive bought. The Plastic guards dont Melt but luckily i have retainers so i used that. It says to dollop a small drop into guard for each tooth, u can't do this as liquid is to thick & worse of all it leaves ur teeth all patchy!
