Basic, but good value
I just have the resistance kit, which is basic, but does what it is supposed to. It's easy to use, and I would have given 5 stars, but the diagram instructions are small and fuzzy. Rubbish unsafe rubber bands BEWARE!!!!
On receiving this product the rubber band snapped on first use. Very dangerous gave Feedback far too early before using it silly me!! Customers please be aware that this product is poor quality. My husband has since purchased safer thicker and more substantial quality rubber bands to replace the cheap unsafe ones that cone with the product.
