simply the best
These are the best shears I have ever had. They cut without 'chewing'. They are light to handle and very sharp. I was a bit anxious having read reviews that said they break easily. I think that is probably because they operate rather differently from conventional shears, in which to get maximum leverage the cut has to be made at the top of the blades. With these shears, as the instructions demonstrate, it is the tips of the shears that are important. Once you get used to that there should be no problem. These clippers are very easy to use, as the gearing helps cut through the tougher twigs. They are well made and fairly light, so trimming is less tiring than conventional clippers.
