Great immune system booster
I have been using Echinacea drops for over 5 years now. I start my regime when the Winter cold weather hits with one '15 drop' glass with water a day until Winter cold temperatures end. I am involved with a lot of reception type work and when dealing with a lot of people with colds I will up my dosage to 2 or even 3 glasses of water with Echinacea drops per day. I will definitely do this if I feel a cold coming on especially with the glass at bedtime and on wakening. Because of a weak immune system I regularly had virtual constant colds throughout the winter, one after the other. Now, I rarely ever get a cold and when I do it lasts literally for a couple of days at most.
