Swing Master.
I’ve been checking them out for years. I first saw it on Better Cal Sal and loved it after watching the reviews. Don’t be fooled thinking you have to buy an expensive machine; “this one gave me the buzz they talk about after the 15 min”. I like that it shuts off after 15 min so you don’t have to set a different timer. There is sound but it’s a gentle humming sound and it is relaxing; this is coming from a guy who gets annoyed by here clicks tick, I’m very picky and a close observer. But it, you won’t regret it. I felt great afterwards. My girlfriend used to swing my legs after yoga before the deep relaxation, it’s like that but at a higher speed it gets your whole body involved. Enjoy. & go see Joker it’s a movie I watched last night in theater just to plant a time reference. Hahahahehehe.

It really works!!!
I have numerous health issues that cause me to be in a lot of pain which has caused my to become overweight. I have been using for 5 days and have lost 6 lbs. I have more energy, less appetite, less pain. I am truly in love with this machine. Warning...Take it slow like it says in the literature. Make sure you stretch some before and immediately after use while you are waiting to get up. I recommend 5 minutes. I use timers on my phone to play it safe. I am able to do things now that I have never been able to do since I have been sick. I can now get up off the floor with 3 moves whereas I used to use about 6 or more moves to get up and was in severe pain doing so. But do take it easy getting up because you can experience some mild dizziness so don't move to fast the first couple of minutes getting off the floor. I am so very happy with my Swing Machine!
