Fast and very convenient soup maker.
About as big as a large upright kettle, this soup maker produces lovely soup with a minimum of effort, and keeps it hot for 1/2 and hour. The recipe book that comes with it is good, and there are plenty of on-line and paper recipe books available for traditional and avant-garde soups. The inside is easy to clean, just rinse out with water straight after using it. I haven't needed to use the clean mode. I don't miss a saute feature, but using left over vegetables from meals add variety and taste.I find the 1600ml level makes a good helping for four adults. It is a little noisy when it blends, but no more than a nutribullet, and then only blends twice per smooth soup cycle for abot half a minute followed by a minute. I wish I'd bought this soup maker before. It's so easy to use: just a bit of chopping add some stock and less then 25 minutes later - soup. I have only used it once but it will definitely be getting lots more use soon. Just as it says, chop up the ingredients add some stock, choose "lumpy" or smooth, press start and sit back for 20/30 minutes. Couldn't be easier. No additives and fresh ingredients.
