Hard to tell if it works
I take this along with a small dosage of paroxetine. If you suffer with depression and anxiety this has been flouted as a good mood stabilizer as it is an essential mineral. All I can say is I'm ok on it and take up to 3 a day and so far I'm bearing up despite everything! So don't be afraid of this product because it has the name lithium. More MG needed to take more effect
Too Low dose for it to take much effect to be honest.You can feel a slight difference but nothing that will seriously chill you out. I've since been using passion flower from holland barrett. Now that hits you better. at 425mg a tablet instead of the lithium here at only 5mg. Lindens does others for me to still try out.I use other products from them i'm happy with..
