Awful design and tubes connections quality, making hoovering process as a disaster.
The Henry hoover is quite strong, but during hoovering the steel tube is falling apart from plastic counterpart. I need to stop hoovering and put tube back, what makes the whole hoovering process a nightmare. The cable is not collecting automatically. It is difficult to disassemble for taking out the bag. The design is out-of-date. My previous old Phylips (made in Holland) was much better, as tubes were properly fixed. The only good thing in Henry Hoover is HEPA filter. In general, not user-friendly at all. I would not recommend for buying. I was thinking to send back, but do not have time to take it to the post, as it is heavy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Simply The Best.
I have to say, this is by far the best vacuum cleaner I've ever had. Over the years I've owned Vax, Electrolux among others, but none had the cleaning power this one has. The suction is so powerful it actually lifts the carpets up, yet it is lightweight enough for me to carry up and down stairs without struggling. Another huge plus is the 10m power cord, which means I don't have to keep unplugging and plugging into different sockets all the time. It is also quiet which means I can vacuum without disturbing other family members who work shifts and sleep during the day I wasn't really expecting such a good quality machine for such a reasonable price. 100% delighted with it and I definitely won't be using any other vacuum from now on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

We've had a 2nd hand Henry Hoover for well over 10 years, though it was much older and was a castoff from a factory and already well used. But it eventually broke after years of good use. I had to get another, found this Nuvac and read the reviews and decided to place my order! Delivery was on time, arrived in great condition. Already given it a good test around our home and I'm really impressed! Much lighter than our old Henry, a little quieter but packs a lot of power. Super hoover that does what its meant to
Its a simple piece of kit that does the job very well. Ive bought an airbrush attachment for the carpets which makes hoovering much easier and a connector so that the crevice tool can be used in the car without the metal handle to reach in tight places. Really pleased with my purchase after being skeptical about it and saved money versus buying an upper end upright hoover. Will need to sort somewhere to store or hang the attachments when not in use against a hoover that stores all the bits on the hoover body but in the scheme of things not too important an issue.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
