This is an excellent hard disk recorder. You can record 2 programmes while waching something you have in the planner on on your tv, With 320 GB there is space for many hours of recordings. Another great feature is having all four Catch Up channels. Bought this box to upgrade my BT box which although had no record facility worked fine with catchup tv this box for some reason I can only get BBC iPlayer to work but not any of the other on demand players they just give an error message but on the other hand I’m more than pleased with the record facility and use it everydayVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bargain of the Decade!
This is a fantastic Digital TV recorder! I can't imagine a simpler, more logical way to record and play TV programs. Everything is menu driven and easy to understand, you don't even need a handbook. Easy and quick to access BBC IPlayer, (and all the others), and easy to look through Films and TV series on Netflix and Now-TV as well. For the price these normally sell for on ebay, they are an absolute bargain, I even bought two! old talk talk better
this was to replace broken one,the latest talk talk box is not my likeing.you can only make limited recordings,you have to use a flash stick.and cannot make two recordings at the same time,only advantage i could see it has youtube built in,and has a more up todate presentation but thats it in a nutshell much rather have a built in recorder as i think others willVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Youview+ box. Great thing, wish I'd bought one ages ago.
I didn't realise that a You view+ box was essentially a freeview HD recorder with all the catch-up streams software that is really cheap and works brilliantly. And works with any broadband supplier. With the price of recorder boxes being as high as it is at the moment, it makes great sense to buy one of these, gives you essentially freeview play. Small ligtweight box
