I wouldn't be without these in my first aid kit.
Since last November life hasn't been up to much for me and these give me a prop that really helps. The difference is subtle but a definite turn to when things are getting just too much to cope with. Whoever developed this product deserves a medal.

I use it differently
As I take a long list of medication anyway, I decided to use these to send me off to sleep at night. And they work quite well for me that way. I don't feel groggy in the morning, and for me to get 8hrs sleep without waking in the night, I consider that a bonus.

To feel relaxed take Kalms.
