I only drink 'Dolce Gusto Cafe Au Lait' and regularly buy a pack of 3 with 30 capsules in each box, so it lasts for a quite long time. Each capsule contains milk and coffee mixed together, so generally this solution is good for someone who doesn't like or cannot drink strong coffee.
