Male moths come to a sticky end!
I've stuck 4 traps above interior doorways using masking tape and after 2 days there are a total of 11 corpses. Hoorah! I'm glad they're not as densely populated as in the photograph, I wouldn't be able to see across the room for randy moths! I suppose that eventually, when the traps remain empty, my moth problem will have come to an end and I'll be able to buy woollen garments once again having thrown out around 20 well loved sweaters and scarves which had been breakfast, lunch and dinner to my unwanted guests. Pheromone traps
Over the last 4 months I've suffered with an infestation of small all Almost see-through to light brown moths in my home. They have been especially present in my hallway storage cupboards. I have tried dried lavender , and cedarballs, as well as homemade vinegar spray! Together with hoovering them every time I see them none of this has worked!!! I started to look for or something more chemical based as the infestation was getting worse and I was now not only seeing them in the cupboards i was seeing moths on the floors, ceilings of other rooms and in my kitchen, so i had enough! . I came across this product and read the article and learnt a lot about these moths. Since buying these traps I have seen less moths and it has made me feel more confident in my home I honestly cannot believe how good they work less then 2 days there was 20 on 3 traps I had put down. I have used these strips for more than a year now. They definitely keep down the moth population but unfortunately, have not been able to eliiminate it. Works well as part of comprehensive approach

You must also locate the infestations; moths tend to occupy more than one room or drawer.(The vendor's tutorial is a good one.) Good phemerone moth trap refills (to trap male moths)
I trust this company having bought from them last year too - they have a long date of effectiveness until use, when they last about 6 months I think. These phemerone moth traps work very well to entice male moths to stop them mating with female moths which lay hundreds of eggs. This is part of the process to stop moth infestations. The phemerone refills fit the Demi-diamond holders I already have and I also cut them down to fit some other box-like holders I've had for years which are thinner so fit better underneath bookcases/ dark areas moths like to go to. They work and not expensive compared to damage done to carpets and clothing
This is the second year I have used these and the results are clear that the population is dramatically reduced. I would recommend using these as a matter of course as eggs can lay dormant and the problem reappear. I had tried powders and sprays to little effect as it is already too late, this infestation came from an imported rug and the damage was done before I realised.
