Wouldn't be without it.
I prefer supplements without fillers, bulking agents or preservatives, however I love this product, which carefully combines ingredients which work together to create a combination closer to that found naturally eg., a whole orange. This combination interacts to enhance the overall effect of each supplement. It is also timed release allowing for a consistent level to be accessible throughout the day. Have been taking two of them daily and sometimes three for years along with echinacea, the latter whenever I feel there's a need for 'extra troops' such as the occasional trip to London in the tube, or when there's a particularly nasty virus floating around infecting everybody. Although I'm nearly 74 years old and I DON'T get any flue inocculations (EVER), I don't catch any infectious illnesses anymore. I used to, especially when my grandsons started school and always whenever I traveled in the tube, but now I don't. Size is big can cause acid indigestion
Gave me acid indigestion, so from today I am cutting my vitamin C in half and taking one in the morning and one late afternoon. Hopefully this will ease the acid indigestion. I have never suffered from acid indigestion. Positive thoughts that a change of strategy will help 😊.

VITAMIN C AND LINDENS
I find Lindens to be a very nice company and the main reason I like their products is because they pack their products in flat packages and bags so they fit in your letter box which is great as you don't have to rush out of bed trying to get down 2 flights of stairs before the postman vanishes! They price their items superbly, and I will definitely be looking out for more of their products in the near future. I myself, purchased Vitamin C and sent them to a friend as she has constant chronic nose bleeds to which the NHS cannot find the reason (What's new! lol) but I read that Vitamin K and vitamin C is very good for people who suffer with nose bleeds as they could well lack the vitamin!
