Excellent "starter" smart phone. It does not have the same capabilities as a $700-$1000 I-phone. But what it doesn't have, I probably don't need. To send and receive pictures and videos in a text message, you MUST go to Settings, Networks, Mobile Networks, and Access Point Names. Then with the 3-dot menu button, add a new APN for your carrier. You'll have to Google your phone carrier for the APN codes. Be sure and save your selection once the codes are put in.
