Box was still factory sealed ! Exceeded my expectations.

Genuine Brother ink is the best.
I do not purchase compatible ink anymore after losing one printer to damage and almost losing another printer. Genuine Brother products are more expensive, but it's the best quality.

It's In the Bag!
Great product at a reasonable cost. Bought it as a "stand-by" to eventually replace a "spent" cartridge, so I don't wish to comment on "condition", etc. Box was open, but cartridge was still sealed in bag, so hopefully it is "good".
