Good but need better instructions
It’s good.. the instructions are horrendous so unless you don’t mind figuring things out you will not like what they send as instructions. The screws are too small for the ladders as well - we used our own. The hamsters however love the cages (we got two) both arrived promptly and in perfect condition, everything we needed was there. Great size for hamsters really easy to put together once you know what you’re doing, less than an hour and you only need two screwdrivers. Not practical
Bought for our two Guinea pigs. Initially loved it looks great and very spacious but unfortunately after just 2 months we need to replace. It’s impossible to easily get the the back corners to clean and the piggies are using this area to well. The wetness is soaking straight through to the wood and leaking through the cracks. We have lined with water proof covering but due to the design with the drawer there are too many gaps and it’s just not proving practical. The wood is already rotting. A great enclosure
The enclosure is well built and probably the most straight forward flat pack I’ve ever put together it took all of 15 minutes. Finding suitable living space for hamsters is incredibly difficult and this enclosure definitely provides the best way of giving my hamster appropriate accommodation without spending hundreds on glass tanks. I’ve given 4 stars opposed to 3 as for my syrien I’ve had to remove some of the top tier in order to fit an exercise wheel of a suitable size, that being said making modifications to this cage is extremely easy do to its soft wood construction.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brought this for my daughter for Xmas as she wants a hamster. Anyways this is great it is massive a lot bigger than I thought it wud b but my daughter is going to love it. I did see someone say there hamster ad got out or something but after a close inspection I really don’t no how cuz it’s great. It’s big 😳 but a MUST BUY!!!
I didn’t know that the cage would be that big but it is.. it’s the perfect size for 1 Syrian hamster.. it has lots of space for a wheel, toys and so on but no bottle holder.. it was a little crazy to put up but I done it in the end.. if your hamster is bars chewing and swinging of the bars in the cage you have now it’s because your hamster is bored and need a bigger cage and this one is perfect for her/him..

Love it!!
I love it I think its just over 1000 Square inches not everything lines up but I'm quite handy so I made it work, I have also screwed the drawer in place so it's no longer a drawer and I only use the top shelf and I also cut it down at one end so my 11" wheel can sit on 8" bedding. I will use the other shelf either to make more platforms or put in another cage as it is. I have small wheels in the picture but have tried in 11" and it fits fine, when I get a hamster I'll get appropriate wheels but the cage is just an ornament at the moment

This product is very good. However it was annoying at first. Bit difficult to assemble it. Electric screwdriver will make it easier. The pictures are not 100% accurate. It’s absolutely enormous. Easy and straight forward to put together. Looks heavy but pretty lightweight. The ramps are too steep for my hamster so I swapped them out for my own.
