Got the copper Man. refurb.. Ship was very fast for me but better is its a gift and works just as it should and advertised. Owned 3 weeks used 3 times and got decent ice fast. And its quiet too! I just wish the storage compartment was refrigerated to make the ice last longer but works fine as is. Resevoir and ice storage could be better but then you need a bigger unit so.....
