Good points. Easy to setup and pair with phone, alerts you when messages arrive, use it as a hands free to answer your phone when your on the go, keeps you updated, and much more a asset to your day to day activities Bad points. Although a bit small but adiquate, the alerts telling you to get up and move around ( haven't found out how to turn it off yet)( early days at the moment))

Mind changing
When I got a mobile phone I decided I did not need to wear a watch as the phone told me everything the watch did. But the Apple Watch does so much more than this, especially useful are the reminders to stand up and move around when I have been sitting to long, Also reminding me to drink to drink water at regular intervals is good for my health.

No need to keep logging those workouts on separate apps
The Apple Watch is a great piece of kit, I'm not a fitness freak but I do workout a few times a week and this can be anything from hiking, walking, cross training or cycling. Apple Watch will log everything even without my phone and syncs everything seamlessly. A great piece of kit, and if I forget to log it or do a long walk with my job it will log that in the background.
