Very easy to use and light weight on the wrist. Interchangable straps and a very easy to read screen. Tracks steps, pulse, KM walked, Calories burnt + floors climbed. Also functions as a watch (LOL), has set run programmes as well as a few exercise programmes to monitor for fitness/work out. Great Fitness Tracker
I have to say this product is 1st Class for training and fitness purposes. The only thing that is not as accurate as it makes out is the Sleep monitor. Do not buy not worth the money.
The watch tells the time correctly, but other than that, the steps not accurate, the blood pressure and heart rate totally wrong and incorrect said it was 119/68, doctors measured it at 172/87. The sleep measure said it automatically starts at 10pm and you can read it after 4 hours, wore the watch for a week and never got a measurement, just kept saying no data. Perfect for me.
