hand warmer for 5 minutes
bought 2 of these 1 works better than the other which is odd, they dont get very hot and dont stay warm for long, one of mine was luke warm for 10 minutes worse than useless for me, freezing cold day the only thing keeping me warm was my twmper because these are not very good. Really annoying the way you have to wait for it to get cold before you can 'simmer' in hot water for 10-12 minutes, then have to wait for it to cool completey before you can reuse it. i would need loads of these so when i'm out in the cold i can heat others to make sure i could stay warmish. too much grief and i feel doesnt work as i expected

Once you have charged it, it requires simmering for 4/5minutes to get rid of the granules, i just heated it in sauce pan and used it without charging it which worked better.

Great disappointment
After I activated the pack, it crystallized rapidly into a lump and didn't provide any heat. I was planning to use it during this cold snap. I'll regenerate it and try again.
