Has Great Sound
My problem is I had to send the Left Rear Speaker back because it would not connect. So we shall see how it turns out. The Soundbar, Woffer and Right Rear work great, just do not have a full system as yet. It was a Warranty Item, just inconvenient.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

review of the system
okay let me be clear I'm comparing it to an acousticmass 16. I have to give this a very scathing review, as the bass was pitiful, my sonos connect had a half ms delay which was awful, with a direct connection using the fiber-optic connection. I spent hours trying to fine tune the system. I suspect unless your TV can send out surround sound or DTS, you're not going to get the true value of the system. On the good side the clarity was very very clear from the center speaker. For a 5.1 surround sound replacement as Wireless, I would give it a one. Not willing to replace my plasma TV which looks excellent to spend $1,500 to replace the TV then another thousand dollars to replace the sound system. Otherwise it's a great enhancement to just strictly TV sound. Just my opinion and I returned it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Atmos is amazing. Regular surround sound disappointing.
Truly a powerful system when listening to atmos content. Setup was easy until you have to decipher the special easy to hook up for atmos. If a pause a movie for done time it shuts down. To use atmos with the Samsung 4k player and Samsung 4k tv, you can't use ARC. Which is sad, as that was a key feature to help the wife and kids handle the stereo without all the various remotes and settings. So that is disappointing. Rear speakers in regular surround might as well not be there. Slim and stylish overall, but without the atmos it would be going back. Great product. Needs more dts support.
Unit has fantastic sound with great Atmos decoding. It will truly envelope you. My only complaint is the lack of 5.1 dts. For a high end unit to only support 2.0 dts is very disappointing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome sound!
After much research and trying & returning 2 other sound bars I settled on this one. I’m very happy with it and got a great deal on e-bay. The Dolby Atmos creates an amazing cinematic experience with its ‘bubble of sound’. The included rear speakers make a world of difference compared to other similar sound bars. This sound system really has transformed my movie viewing and gaming experience. Just be aware that you may need to tweak your settings for your TV, Xbox One, PS4, or other devices to fully enjoy this soundbar. Google/Youtube is your friend. Honestly...
Looking at the product, you'd be on edge while seeing a good comment here and there, but honestly... I've been using this for nearly 3 weeks and for the first 2 days, I had it set up wrong, but although it was wrong it still sounded amazing. I then hooked it up through HDMI(ARC) and had Dolby Atmos working with my Xbox One and man is it amazing. The bass can be overwhelming at times, even at -12, but it's amazing! Through an update, Samsung has enabled DTS but not DTS-X(hopefully in the future). The rear speakers don't work with everything and will be really low on unsupported content, but when it's supported, the rear speakers are super loud and you can hear the sound coming from behind you.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Will never buy from Best Buy again.
Arived damaged because of a terrible packing job by best buy. everything was just thrown in the box with no care. The remote,power cord,mounting bracket,and manual where all missing. One speaker did not work, and the main soundbar was dented. They put absolutly no packing materials around this buetiful peice of equipment. It was not as described (new open box). Great sound.
When I first connected the sound system I was very pleased with the sound, clarity and power it had. I was watching a show on TV and a war scene came on and a bomb exploded. The sub woofer kicked in and rattled the walls and scared the crap out of my wife. VERY powerful and it says on the box "cinematic sound". Quit happy with this purchase. Absolute bargin
I bought this as a "parts only" listing. However in the description it said the item was fully functional and had been refurbished, and only had cosmetic problems. For just under $200 it was an absolute bargin. I use it every day, and it sounds amazing. On top of that it was very easy to set up.
