I have taken Benenox for 3 nights now and I have woken up in the morning less tired and more alert. I missed one night of Benenox and fell asleep of my own accord. So I am going to try taking Benenox every other night so that I don't become dependent. Benenox is very sweet, so I mixed with water and it was more pleasant to drink.
