Additional Dehydration Tray
These trays are identical to the original and used to allow extra dehydration capacity. I do not place the items to be dehydrated directly on the plastic tray but instead lay down a sheet of mesh on top of the trays. The mesh is easy to wash under a spray or running water and prevents smaller items falling through the slatted trays. Excellent addition to maximise capacity when drying a glut of seasonal produce.
