How to open it
Great product - once I discovered how to open it. Couldn't understand the instructions on the back, so had to resort to a YouTube video (I'm a real technophobe). Seems you have to squeeze the metal loop bit gently with pliers to release the catch on one side of the loop. After that, I was on a roll!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
