Belts on the LK35 Backpack
This product has amazing comfort for large loads. I have fitted it to my Swedish LK35 backpack and it fits perfectly. It does take a little bit of persuasion when it comes to attachment, but once figured out it becomes amazingly easy to take on and off and there is no chance that they will fall off due to good friction holds. These straps offer a brilliant replacement to the straps already on the LK35 and also add a kidney belt. The shoulder straps become very comfortable once they are worn in a little and the metal quick release toggles mean that it comes off quick and means that there isn't a struggle when putting it on. The kidney belt is very good as it has a hard-wearing plastic buckle that is made of some tough ABS plastic-type material. The waist straps don't rub one bit and by attaching it to the bottom of the LK35 I have discovered a convenient factor of being able to rotate around different orientations to fit my hips. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this product to anyone with an ALICE pack or anyone with any other modular backpack with a frame e.g. the LK35. As it has amazing comfort for high loads and fantastic build quality with metals and ABS plastics.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not "Wow" but it Works
Added belt to Swedish LK35 rucksack. Takes a bit of experimentation but goes on. Not added the shoulder straps as prefer the originals. Handy as spares though and usefulness of belt alone justified the price. Not been far with it but it now feels more comfortable fully loaded. Overall quality reflected in price (and score), e.g. buckles work but thin metal and not as good as the originals on the LK35, belt catch seems to slip out a bit if worn tight or when not inserted just-right. Excellent upgrade for the Swedish LK35 Backpack
I purchased this set to improve the overall look and feel of my steel framed LK35 backpack that I recently bought. The old shoulder straps needed replacing as they were very stiff to use and the kidney belt was an added addition to the backpack which totally transformed the way in which you carry it. It takes a lot of weight off your shoulders and transfers it to your waist making the backpack feel somehow lighter. The quality is very good. The set is brand new and is made to fit the US army LC1 Alice pack. There was a few adjustments I had to make for it to work on the LK35, but I expected that.
