Nice bit of kit but what's with the ridiculously short power lead?
This is a well made pole pruner- and it's lighter than rivals. It extends easily and isn't unwieldy at full stretch. The easily obtainable Oregon spares for the chain and cutter bar is a plus. However the power lead is very short - about a foot and finishes with a 13amp plug so you'll need a trailing lead rather than an extension reel if you're to avoid an irritating weight crashing against your legs. good quality shame about the lead.
It cuts extremely well and is easy to use, the main issue is with the length of the lead, it is only 12" long with a 3 pin plug on the end. I had to purchase a new lead costing £12.00 to enable me to use it. My old pruning saw had a 10 M lead which is what I expected and is much more sensible, the three pin plug on the Blaupunkt saw is very cumbersome being so close to the handle and switch, it really needs re-designing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
