Help in the kitchen
I am disabled and find chopping solid items difficult and dangerous tome and anyone else in the kitchen. This little gadget is a total lifesaver - literally. It is small enough to leave out on the counter top. I use it several times a day. It rough chops most items from onions to potatoes. It fine chops if left to run a little longer. It is ideal for one person due to it's compact size. I find it great for making Italian pasta sauces as it chops and blends tomato, onion, garlic and herbs very finely. You can also make delicious stir fry sauces with ginger, soy, a little sugar and garlic.
