Very well thought out design. Will take all thicknesses of slices, including bagels, and will toast from fresh or frozen (it has a separate 'frozen' button for this). It also has a look & see feature where you can just lift the slide to look at the toast and put it back down again without altering the timing. This is the first toaster that I have bought that actually does what it says, the bread goes completely into the toaster and so is evenly toasted. The controls are very easy to understand and operate and the design is very pleasing to the eye.
