Simple item that does it's job, and won't leave your wallet empty. Protein Leather, just like the originals from Bose, nice memory foam, clicks into place like the factory pieces and fit around my large ears! *(my hat size is XL)* As good as cushions costing, literally, three times as much. Bose didn't gouge me this time.

Don"t throw away your headphones , just replace those old cushions.
