New style heated rollers
You cant improve on perfect. The old style carmen rollers worked perfectly but these new sprung clips are not easy to use and dont hold the roller in place. I couldnt open the clip at first but found that if I used one directly from roller being heated rather than try to open from closed, it worked better. Might work better on thick hair. I tried to buy the old type pins but they are overpriced.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not suitable for fine shortish hair.
I have very fine hair of a mid length so there are not enough smaller rollers. The clips are difficult to get onto roller and the rollers get too hot to handle. The plus is that they are light weight and flocked so do grip the hair when I can get a clip on. I would actually like to return them but don' know how.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
