Usual High Quality from Katadyn
The Rolls-Royce of water filters. As can be expected from a company like Katadyn, the Pocket Filter is a well made robust water filter unit that's easy to use and maintain. It really doesn't require a lot of servicing or maintenance aside from the very occasional application of a small amount of silicone grease to the seals which I do annually despite the fact that I really don't think it's needed. But it keeps the seals in good condition and is cheaper then having to replace seals if they broke. I've used, and probably abused, these ceramic filters for over a decade now and have NEVER broken them even when accidentally dropped onto hard surfaces.
