The Deore rear mech is fantastic quality for the money! Great features like the solid hanger mount, straight line cable fitting, beefed up parts and bearings plus concealed pull all adds up to a brilliant, quality piece of kit. Lovely mech but watch the fitting
This works excellently for me, the quality is what you would expect from Shimano for one of their better mechs. However fitting is not standard. There is no adjustment at the mech itself. You must use either an inline adjuster or the one at the levers, which may be awkward for some.
