Poor Quality Build
Consdering the Kenwood name was renowned for quality, these microwaves are of extremely poor built. The first one received developed a major fault upon plugging in were the light was on and outer casing became hot to the touch, but nothing worked. The replacement would not sit on the work surface without rocking 10mm, totally unsafe to use. Therefore anyone thinking of purchasing this model should be very wary indeed. Another comment would be to question the capacity of the oven when even a dinner plate will not sit easily inside, and the grill stand too small to even hold the smallest baking tray, although might be worthwhile if considering heating up single pies one at a time?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

In fact, it's a bit complicated to operate - I'll need my booklet for a while. Setting the time is slow at the moment, because it increases in very slow increments at first. Bought this on line and it was delivered two days ahead of schedule. Brilliant combination microwave oven and easy to use if you follow the instructions for each option. It's a breeze to use after a couple of days when you get used to the many functions.
