Continental comes through again!
I needed a roadish tire for a dirt and road race I did on my mountain bike. When I saw the Speed Ride in photos and knowing Continentals from previous purchases, I knew they were a good possibility to do the job. Perfect: light and fast on the road, very good traction on the dirt descents and climbs, I could not have been more pleased with their performance, highly, highly recommended!

Mounted on custom '92 Trek 730 2x10 with dirt drops. Excellent hard-pack traction with minimal drift in the turns. Equal or better than Challenge Gravel Grinder or Clement Strada USH.

Continental Speed Ride 700 X 42 folding tires.
Excellent urban, light trail tires. Surprisingly low rolling resistance, superb rough road handling and great for climbing grassy hills. They ride like a 28mm-32mm race tires except that they suck up pt holes and street car tracks aplomb and feel very stable on pretty much any surface. Very happy with them.
