Basically superglue with a good nozzle
Works very very well for gluing tyres back onto rims and anything else it happens to come into contact with. The thin nozzles really help with accurate injection into the gap between tyre and rim. However for the price i would imagine a normal decent superglue would do much the same job. Very thin liquid Rc super glue. The nozzles help get the glue to the right place. You have to be careful with this glue. Wear gloves or you'll end up sticking your fingers together.
