A miracle for a large portion of the psoriasis population
This product will not work for every psoriasis sufferer (probably for reasons related to the types of psoriasis), but it has certainly worked for me, a long-time sufferer. Unlike steroids, which have short-term effects but in the long term will invariably make the skin problem worse, this cream is entirely natural. It does not have much demonstrable effect in the short-term, but in the long term it is nothing short of a miracle for me as my skin is being restored to its natural state. Be patient and persistent, if you are a long-time patient because the raised scales built up over thirty years can take three years of application of this cream, twice a day, every day, to become normal. In general, newly developed red spots should disappear after regular applications for up to a month or two. As the above has implied, the product is not a cure for the problem but it has certainly given me the confidence that I am in control of this problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I keep Dermalex as part of my arsenal for flare-ups
There's no cure or psoriasis, and one has quiescent periods and flare-ups. and flare-ups can vary. I need a range of products. I have various intense moisturising creams, shea butter, lanolin-rich, preferably little mineral oil, to intensively moisturise. I have creams prescribed by the doctor. and Dermalex. When I get a flare-up, I work my way through the list and then it suddenly subsides. Who knows, perhaps it was due to subside anyway? Helped stop the itch for me.
Psoriasis has no cure that I'm aware of but in my experience one of the worst symptoms is the itch. You scratch,it bleeds ,it spreads and thickens. This stops the itch. In my experience it replaces it by stinging for a while but it stopped the cycle and allowed a comfortable night's sleep.
