BROKEN ON FIRST USE
I checked the clamps when they first arrived and they seemed reasonably well built and quite easy to use one handed. However, one of the clamps broke the first time I used it! The other one is still working but the "soft jaws" aren't that soft and marked the pine wood I was using, although I'm sure they would be fine on harder wood. I bought these clamps so I could use them with one hand whilst holding the materials with the other, but I can't do that if I have to add wooden spacers to prevent marking of the wood I'm using. They are now in the bin and I'll be going back to my other, more trusted clamps.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

cheap and nasty
The delivery was first class they arrived the next day but the clamps are not good. The plastic jaw are brittle I dropped a clamp on the floor and the jaws shattered. It is almost impossible to use them One handed,as is possible with my older clamps. If they are knocked even quite gently whilst under tension they spring open.
