Good kit.
Recondition your Mira 88 very much cheaper than buying a new one. It will be better to buy silicone grease rather than use the grease supplied. Make sure you get grease suitable for rubber or synthetic "O" rings. This grease will work better and last longer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My Mira 88 is now quiter
My Mira 88 valve was making high pitched violin sounds as in Psycho, as well as dripping from the valve. Replacing this kit seems to have solved the problems. I didn't use the horrid grease included in the kit, I used silicone grease bought from another seller on ebay. There are are quite a few tutorial on how replace this kit, just google it, there's an excellent step by step video on tube.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is the answer to a dripping Mira 88! Use the grease to make things smooth again! Don't get the grease on anything else as it's very difficult to remove..... Dismantle the dripping/stiff valve very carefully and examine each piece as you remove it to locate the seal positions, replace the seals one by one and put to one side, you may end up with seals left, in which case you have missed something.
