Good product but needs design improvements
I have used a Philips hair clipper for over 5 years and I thought I should go for Philips as well but this one has a design flaw in terms that you have to stop every minute to clear the hair from the comb as it gets clogged and it would not trim properly once it happens. I really love Philips and I think they make good reliable products but sometimes they should test them a bit more before releasing them on the market. Questionable design.
In my view this Phillips hair clipper is not as good as the original manual version and the angled shape of this device is too severe causing your hand to ache during prolonged use where as the old original manual version of this clipper was a much shallower angled unit and therefore much easier to use but sadly discontinued.

Good quality hair clippers and simple to use for a novice in Covid-19 Lockdown. The only downside I've found is that the touch length setting is a little too easy to adjust accidentally when in use or it maybe I have not yet learned how to use it properly.
