Our cat loves it!
Our cat is the very timid type and has trouble with such issue as slipping around or between something. For her she actually finds this cat flap easy to operate, as soon as she hears the 'click' and she's through the door! We have used this same make of cat flap now for the third time. Easy to use
This is a basic, no bells and whistles cat flap which is exactly what I wanted. I bought it to replace one that my new, over energetic cat had broken (it was probably more than 10 years old) so I needed to replace with one exactly the same size and this was exactly the same size and mechanism.
