Strong but not quite strpng enough to stick large rug to carpet

NICE QUALITY TAPE THAT STICKS STRONGLY WHEN APPLIED.
I HAVE YET TO USE THIS LATEST DELIVERY OF TAPE BUT BEING THE SAME THAT I PURCHASED SOME TIME AGO, I KNOW IT WILL PROVE TO BE VERY GOOD QUALITY, HENCE MY RE ORDERING. I USE IT MOSTLY FOR STICKING PHOTO'S INTO A LARGE JOURNAL. BE SURE TO PLACE YOUR PHOTO'S OR WHATEVER PERFECTLY STRAIGHT FIRST TIME, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE THEM ONCE IN PLACE. I USE A FINE PAIR OF TWEEZERS TO REMOVE THE BACKING TAPE ONCE THE TAPE IS STUCK ONTO THE REAR OF MY PHOTO'S. I THEN PLACE THE TOP EDGE ONLY OF MY PHOTO ONTO THE PAGE ENSURING IT IS STRAIGHT & IN THE CORRECT POSITION BEFORE LETTING ANY STICKY PARTS COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE PAGE.
