This is only 3/16" line, good quality line but not sufficient strength for a 4x6' flag at 30 ft.
It says good for 35' flag poles, but for what size flag(s)? When I took it out of the package I saw it was only 3/16" diameter line. The minimum for most flagpole dealers is 1/4" and for a reason. I have a 4x6 flag at 30 ft. and I don't see how this will last a year, certainly not for 2 flags at the height. This line is probably good for about a 20 ft. flagpole with a 3x5 flag based on my lifetime of flying flags, and there is enough of it there (80ft) for two applications.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I've had this flag line installed since 8-12-18 or a little over a month on a 21' flag pole , I live on top of a very large bluff and the wind is always blowing and this line hasn't twisted and has held up fine . I don't recommend.
I understand why they do not tell you the diameter of the rope. I will not use this rope for a flag. If the rope breaks it's a major job to thread the next rope through the pulley 25 feet in the air. This was just money thrown away from what I see.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
