Old skool looking doorbell - correct dimensions in my review!
Bought to replace one that came with a house to avoid having to re-drill (as it turned out it was the bell that had rusted - a new D814 fitted perfectly!) The screws are in the same place as the old one and the size is the same as the old one (I'd read online that the screw holes / size were different) but the one I purchased was the same as the original one. The only difference is the 'ding dong' was a 'step' down (musically)! Posting the review to help others as the dimensions of this are either not mentioned or are consistently wrong! The dimensions when attached to the wall are 15.2cm (H) x 11.5cm (W) x 14.7 (D) - at least for the model I received. I nearly didn't get one online as measurements were wrong everywhere but hope this helps someone!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Basic, loud, effective
Works extremely well, and was a size-for size replacement for the previous unit. Two gripes:- 1 the advert didn't make it clear that it didn't differentiate between the back door and front door pushes like the previous unit. We are disappointed, but will live with that. 2. The instructions were simply a couple of pictures, no words. If I hadn't known exactly what I was doing (such a simple thing!) I would really have been flummoxed. I'd buy this sort of model again, as we wanted a loud-sounding unit, but try and make sure it has the double coils to differentiate between back and front doord.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
