Ok but little info in how to change running style

Lightweight, unobtrusive, works perfectly.
I use this alongside a Garmin 735XT running watch and it seems to work perfectly. No problems pairing it with the watch and it provides all the data that I was after. The clip is very strong so no danger of it falling off in use. Having had 2 Garmin TriHRMs with running dynamics that stopped working, probably with water ingress, I bought one of these and a standard HRM. Works great.
