It doesn't walk or talk, but...
...Otherwise it looks virtually identical to the young Adipose from the Doctor Who episode "Partners in Crime". OTOH, they were CGI, anyway... It would be a great gift for any Doctor Who fan (unless it's a woman, who might say "does this mean you think I'm FAT???" - YMMV...)
